The Conference Center

The multi-use Conference Center can accommodate 650 for banquets or 1,000 for meetings. It is completely carpeted and has a ceiling height of 13 feet. Partitions are available to divide the space into up to three separate rooms. Total available space is 8,250 square feet.

Crystal Ballroom

The Crystal Ballroom seats 400 for dining or 600 theatre-style, with total available meeting/exhibit space at 5,600 square feet. The room also features a 10’x32’ stage and maple flooring.

The Magnolia Room

The Magnolia Room is perfect for smaller banquets or meetings and seats 100 for meetings and 125 for dining. Ceiling height is 16′ 16” feet and it is fully carpeted. 34’ x 48’ total.

Meeting Rooms

These rooms consist of six 20′ x 60′ rooms on six different floors. Each room seats 150 for theater-style meeting or 72 for dining. The ceiling height is 10 feet and the room is completely carpeted.

Board Room

A Board Room is available on the lobby level for more intimate meetings which seats 12. The room is 19′ x 26′ and a Starbucks is located next door for your convenience.

Exhibit Center

The Exhibit Center on the second floor is the perfect place for exhibits or trade shows. The room is 144’ long x 80’ wide, has a 10- to-12-foot ceiling height and features a finished cement floor. The room seats 700 for theater-style meetings and 400 for dining. Exhibit space area is 50-8’ x 10’ maximum; total Exhibit Center space available is 11,520 square feet.
